it sounds like changed the lyrics to "you're my destiny"
mileys real name was destiny. before she legally changed it to her nickname miley.
and in the second jonas brothers cd (the self titled one) in the thank you section they put
"destiny hope cyrus" instead of just putting miley.
so it seems likely that hes referring to miley in this video.
